Signing in

You sign in with the same account you use for CTrail ticketing. If you have not set up an account yet, you can create one from the sign-in screen. Forgot your password? Use the reset link on the sign-in screen to set a new one.

Verification codes

For your security, signing in sends a one-time verification code. Enter the code when the app asks for it to finish signing in. If the code does not arrive, check your spam folder, make sure your contact details are current with CTrail, and request a new code.

Tickets and refunds

Tickets are sold and managed by the CTrail ticketing system. Activate a ticket only when you are ready to ride, then show it when the conductor asks. Refunds and fare questions are handled by CTrail under their rules. If a purchase or refund does not look right, contact us and we will help you sort out the next step.

Train times

Times, tracks, and alerts come from public sources and can change without notice. Use them as a guide and always check the signs and staff at the station. If you spot a time that looks wrong, let us know which trip and we will take a look.

Your data

We keep very little of your information. We do not store your password or your payment card details, and those are handled by CTrail. To learn more, read our Privacy Policy. To remove the limited data the app holds, log out and delete the app.
